Established more than a century ago as the Hotel Jerusalem, by the brothers George and John Drisco from Chicago, this elegant hotel is one of the city’s most stylish properties. Completely refurbished, it offers 42 rooms and suites in two adjacent buildings. Named after the founding brothers, the award-winning George & John restaurant has an excellent reputation under head chef Tomer Tal, fusing Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern recipes – alongside a list of delicious Israeli wines – in an atmospheric dining room.
