Opened in 2013, the unique Alavya is located in the centre of the village and is a collection of six stone houses surrounding a fragrant courtyard garden. Its 25 stylish and individual rooms are a blend of chic furniture, original artworks and exposed stone walls. The hotel has two restaurants, one is a café bar and bistro located in the main courtyard where breakfast is served, the second is the gastronomic ‘Fogo’ restaurant, adjacent to the hotel where Italian chef Carlo Bernardini blends local ingredients with the flavours of his homeland – both have plenty of space to dine al fresco. In the centre of the garden is an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and there is also a spa with sauna and hammam.
