Join Italian chef Valentina Harris for a tall-ship voyage to Sicily and the Amalfi Coast. We stay for one night in ancient Ostia Antica before boarding Star Flyer at the port of Rome and enjoying a six-night cruise on board this elegant sailing ship, with its gleaming brass and flying sails. She will sail south, towards the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily – visiting Lipari and circling the volcanic island of Stromboli – before calling at Messina on the Sicilian mainland and then travelling north up the famous Amalfi Coast, with a stop at Amalfi and on the idyllic island of Ponza.

Valentina will introduce you to the uniquely diverse cuisine of this part of Italy, including live cooking demonstrations on the ship, delicious meals at carefully-selected local restaurants and visits including the vibrant local markets of Messina and an Amalfi lemon farm.
