Half-Italian, Giulia has always had a broad range of cultural interests, with history and travel at their heart (as well as nearly 20 years of experience as a philatelist…).

She studied Italian and French at the School of European Culture and Languages at the University of Kent, before focusing on a career in travel. Since joining Kirker, she has explored key cities such as Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome, and more recently visited the Basque Country, where she was captivated by beautiful landscapes, the fusion of Belle Epoque and modern architecture, and of course, the delicious pintxos and Txakoli wines.
