Born in Italy, Francesca has travelled extensively throughout Spain and Italy, and has a particular passion for Milan, as well as Lake Iseo and Lake Como where her grandparents live.

Born in Italy, Francesca grew up between Milan, Melbourne and London, and has travelled extensively around Europe, in particular to Spain and Italy. She grew up spending summers by the lakes of northern Italy, visiting grandparents who live on Lake Iseo and Lake Como. Since then she has graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) - during which she spent a year abroad studying in Santiago de Compostela and Cordoba.
