We enjoyed another delightful Kirker Concert at Broughton Castle with a performance by the magnificent Sacconi Quartet. A truly unique setting, Broughton Castle has been in the same family since 1377, and the Sacconi Quartet performed Mozart’s String Quartet K589 and Schubert’s magisterial 'Death and the Maiden' quartet in the Great Hall, beneath suits of armour and the ornate plaster ceiling.
We thank the Sacconi Quartet for their superb performance, as well as Broughton Castle, our clients and the Kirker team for a memorable evening in Oxfordshire.
